WHAT'S BOX TEAM! WOW!

BOX TEAM is a band — the worst one yet. BOX TEAM leverage existing technologies, such as a saltine cracker tied to a length of yarn and drinking too much orange soda, in exciting new ways, to bring you, the listener, a unique new sound experience in the new high-sense fashion.

BOX TEAM produces mostly synth-driven melody-oriented music, which tends to fall into one or more of the following genres, most of which were invented by a member of BOX TEAM after drinking too much soda:

• Picopop/Pikopiko — music which goes "beep" and "boop"
• Synth Pop
• Transistor Rock
• Butt Pop
• Zeetcore
• Electronic White Nerd Funk

WHAT!

Silly happy fun chiptune 8-bit video game stuff, combined with things that aren't. Synthpop with BLAST PROCESSING and CITRUS FLAVOR and ROCK HARPSICHORD. A lot of things go "beep" and then there are completely stupid drum samples and everyone finds five dollars. The best time to listen to BOX TEAM is when you are stocking up on bombs to fight the giant pipe organ robot at the end of the level. Similar artists include Plus-Tech Squeeze Box, Polysics, YMCK, and Masato Nakamura (composer for some of the Sonic games).
